Connect Hubspot to Elementor Form

SOLVE

I have built a website using WordPress and Elementor, where I have added a form with multiple fields. The form is already connected to HubSpot CRM. However, when a user submits the form, only the email address is captured in HubSpot, while the other field information does not appear.

Please guide me on how to ensure that all form fields are correctly mapped and submitted to HubSpot.

Connect Hubspot to Elementor Form

SOLVE

Hi @ataseen and thanks for the tag @chighsmith ,

Since you mentioned using an elementor form, I assume you are using the "Collect Data from website forms" feature from Settings > Marketing > Forms > Non-HubSpot Forms.

When using this feature, it is absolutely critical that the field labels on your Elementor form exactly match the labels of the HubSpot properties you want to update.  Misalignment between the labels will result in data non being mapped to the correct HubSpot property.

One way you can confirm that this is the issue is to look at the form submissions themselves and see if the other data is present.  To do this navigate to Marketing > Forms and look for your Wordpress form, which will usually start with #wpforms.  Click on the number in the submissions column, and then hover over one of the submissions and click the "View" button.  You should see all the data there, even if it is not mapped to the correct contact properties.

I hope this helps!

Hi @ataseen,

Thank you for posting to the Community!

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where only the email address from your Elementor form is being captured in HubSpot, and you’d like guidance on how to ensure all form fields are properly mapped and submitted.

I'd like to tag in some of our Top Contributor to see if they have any suggestions here.

Hi @GeorgeBThomas @tjoyce @trevordjones25 Do any of you have any tips for @ataseen

Thank you!
