Integration With Elementor Form Not Working

Here’s the sitch:

1. I have created an Elementor form (I believe it’s a static HTML form… NOT iframe).

2. Installed Hubspot plugin to wordpress.

3. Pasted the Hubspot tracking code to body section in Elementor custom code section… and even in the body section of my theme’s custom code section. (At best, it’ll send double submissions)

4. Gave the elementor form an id name (in Additional Options tab) - as suggested by Hubspot.

*Basically, I followed all the instructions by Hubspot.

Despite all of this, the submissions are not coming in our Hubspot CRM. So, what shall we do now?

Hi! Did you enable “Collect data from website forms” in Settings under Marketing > Forms > Non-HubSpot Forms? This might fix it for you.

Yes, I had enabled it.

Hi @VarunK,

Have you configured the Form ID in Elementor?

If yes and everything else is set up as in this article, then it is hard to say what may be wrong. A quick search in the community forum will also show you that you’re not the only one having issues with connecting the two, and many without a solution.
There are third-party tools that can help you out though, e.g. Outfunnel’s Elementor-HubSpot integration or ITGALAXY’s widget.

Hope this is helpful!

I have the same issue too, with the form ID named and submissions enabled, but still no luck…

Has anyone achieved a Elementor > Hubspot integration? Follow the same steps and advice, they don’t seem to talk.

Did anyone get this to work? I have “Collect data from website forms” and a Form ID assigned and yet data is not collected. The article also seems to be outdated.

Hi @AChase22 hope you are doing well.

Just to confirm, did you follow the steps that @VarunK shared?

If you did and the form ID has already been set at this point, I would recommend that you reach out to Elementor as the form should be pulling into HubSpot as it appears you have the correct settings enabled in the portal.

Hope this helps,

Diana

Hello everybody!

I have the exact same problem and no one can help. I followed ALL Elementor and HubSpot directions and nothing seems to work.

Has anyone managed to get this integration between Elementor Form and Hubspot working?

Thanks,
Hugo Dias Silva

Yes - there is a couple of steps to get this working.
If you could please join https://www.facebook.com/groups/Elementors and search HubSpot, you will find a post from me on 7 June 2022 with instructions.

I found that ReCaptha was likely blocking the integration, also you need to add an ID in three specific locations within the Form Widget in elementor.

Thank you for your help. I’ve managed to solve the problem too.

Hi @HugoDiasSilva hope you are doing well!

Thanks for letting us know that it is working correctly :slightly_smiling_face:

Best,

Diana

Hello
So far I managed to integrate all the Elementor Pro forms. Even the ones that are in popups were working correctly.

I also had an issue with my Elementor forms not sending information to HubSpot. After hours of troubleshooting, I found that the reCAPTCHA V3 field was the problem. I removed that and added reCAPTCHA V2, and that is working fine. I spoke with HubSpot and Elementor support, and they were notified of the issues and said they would work on it.

HubSpot and Elementor, please work hard to fix this soon. In the meantime, in your integration steps please add remove reCAPTCHA V3 so others don’t have issues integrating.

Yes! This was the fix!

Hubspot, is this still an issue 9 months later? V3 has resolved spam issues on our site, so having to downgrade to V2 just to resolve this conflict, when it’s been known for several months for a fix, would be hugely disappointing.
