Hubspot and Elementor Pro form

Hi,

I created a form using elementor form widget and that I need to collect info from clients who are paying for a service. This form is big and I am using elementor (since I wanted to have multi-steps and control of the design).

I managed to get hubspot and elementor working, however, I am not getting all the data that people are submiting.

How can I get all the fields and contact info, I created in elementor’s form in hubspot?

Before I used hubspot I tried mailchimp, however, i managed to mapp all fields and have it working, but without doing anything to the form I would get a system error and the form would stop working. I gave up and now I am trying hubspot!

Any suggestions? Seems that I only see simple forms of name and email. The form I am using has lots of details, such as address, company details, product selection, quantities etc.

Hello @Dannygrio,

I was able to find a similar thread about the same subject here.

Could you please provide the same information Jenny asked there? Being

"The updated navigation for lead capture is Marketing>forms. For non-HubSpot form settings, you can edit this from settings>marketing>forms>non-HubSpot forms.

I did want to share this resource for troubleshooting non-HubSpot forms.

If you are still stuck in regards to receiving emails, can you please send along a screenshot confirming the settings for non-HubSpot forms. If you are not receiving any information for these submissions, can you please share the page your form is on? "

Kindly,

Pam

Hi,

Thank you for the reply and yes, I did read the similar subject, but my question is a bit different I believe.

I do get emails and as I mentioned, not all the data is uploaded.

Would hubspot be able to upload all my custom fields or it cant do that?

Many thanks

Danny

Hi @Dannygrio,

If you are using the Non-HubSpot Forms, all your custom fields need to be recreated in HubSpot to be able to match and pass this info to HubSpot, all information needs to be the same on both ends.

For example:

CPF ( internal name CPF) in HubSpot you are going to create the same custom property with the same internal values.

What kind of custom fields are not being passed? Are these properties created in HubSpot?

Thank you,

Pam

Hi there,

I’m having a similar issue as well. We have a form with steps built with Elementor on our site. We’ve installed the HubSpot plugin and submissions are passing through, however, some of the answers (values) are not populating through to Hubspot. Instead of populating the value for the radio buttons, it’s bringing in the text from the question itself.

I’ve tried everything below to fix the issue:

  • Deleting properties in hubspot and recreating them
  • Editing question ID’s in elementor to make them the same as property internal name within HubSpot
  • Making sure labels are the same across elementor and HubSpot
  • Adding a “|” after value names in elementor (This was supposed to help differentiate label and value, but this didn’t work either)

Just a few questions pass through fine with the appropriate values associated, but I can’t tell why these work and the others don’t. Also, I’m not sure if the issue is on the HubSpot side or Elementor side. Any idea what could be causing this?
