This is a snapshot of a workflow I’m creating. You’ll notice the branch on the right is identical to that on the left EXCEPT it skips the first email and delay after. Is there a way to combine these two workflows (like I would on a standard flowchart) vs. cloning o
n the right?

Yes, this can be done easily. If steps 7 and below are identical to steps 3 and below, you can remove steps 7 and below and simply add a “Go to action” workflow action in their place. This lets jump to (the current) action 3 on the right.
Here’s what that would generally look like.

Thanks for the quick response. When I try to add Go To Action I get this
message “Go to actions can’t be added between actions.”
Where does this step get added?

You first need to remove the actions 7 and below, only then can you add the ‘Go to action’.
