Hello! I’m trying to make a list of contacts who have ever been enrolled in a particular workflow, however only a subset of the workflows are populating in the filters on the list, any ideas why? Thank you!

Have you checked whether the search brings up results after clicking into the different tabs? I’ve ran into this issue before, expecting that the search would extend across all tabs:
Also, as you can see in my screenshot, there is a filter on the workflow type set. Can you clear all filters?
Lastly, if that doesn’t work, try to find a contact you know has enrolled in this workflow. You should find it listed in the timeline of that contact record.

Thank you for your response. I’m attaching a screenshot that I hope you can help with. I’m trying to create a list based on a contacts enrollment in a workflow, the workflow however is not showing up on the selection, just a subset of all the workflows in our instance are and I’m not sure why. Any ideas?

Thanks for sharing. Two likely explanations:
- Your workflow is not published yet. Only published workflows will be listed there.
- Your workflow is not contact-based.

@ARobinson9 as you’re in the list tool, creating a list for contacts, not all of your workflows will show up. Some workflows may be deal workflows, so I woudn’t expect to see them in the filters.
