We found that at least one workflow is not enrolling some of the eligible contacts. Hubspot Support has confirmed that this was due to a migration they did interrnally and are looking into a resolution.
My question is, how can I quickly check and list all contacts that were not enrolled, despite being eligible, into each of our active workflows in the last few weeks or so? I know I can do filters on contacts lists using the enrollment triggers and compare with the workflow enrollment history to see which ones have not been enrolled into the workflows but this might take forever to do. Is there a better, easier and faster way to do this?
Hi @oli_v ,
Unfortunately this is the only way from which you can filter out the contacts that should enroll in a specific workflow, as the workflows are based upon the properties and we can only segment our contacts with the help of properties by applying filters or by creating active lists by saving the filters and keeping a continuous check.
Hope this helps!

One way would indeed be to create an active list that mirrors your workflow enrollment criteria – and check whether the contact has ever been enrolled in the workflow.
