Workflow for today's date

I have some question on setting today’s date in workflow

Here is the scenario:

If the contact’s birthday is today, the workflow automatically send a mail to the contacts.

However, I can’t find a filter like ‘the date is today’.

How could I do this scenario, thanks.

Hi @Yi-tzu,

You don’t need a today’s date propert for this. Instead create a contact based workflow. In the first step after clicking “Create workflow”, HubSpot lets you choose a workflow type. Choose the one that is centered around a date property, select the birthday date and set it to recurring annually.

If I set sending the email in the next step, the mail will send on 12:00 on the contacts’ birthday, right?

@Yi-tzu you created a regular contact based workflow. Please go back, create a new one and on the first selection screen (before you end up in the editor) select a contact based workflow centered around a contact date property.

Your workflow would only send the email once.

I used the one you said(not the regular one) and set the trigger on level is VIP
