For some reason, when using workflows to create deals when trying to add a phone number in a create deal action it only allows manually entered content and not via data tokens.
Instead, I have to create an additional action to edit the record, which only lets me do to ALL associated objects, which isn’t clean in regards to any previous deals that may have been with an old number. I have another idea relevant to the association issue linked above.

Updating Media
This current process isn’t a clean solution as A) it requires additional steps/actions in workflows and B) it only allows this to be edited on all associated records and not certain ones.
