Is it possible to create a workflow based on a specific payment link? I basically want a simple workflow that sends an email to a customer who has purchased from a payment link and then cc: 2 internal people on the email so they know it’s been purchased.

Are you using the HubSpot payments tool? If so, I would recommend having a look at this article. When you are creating your workflow, you have the option to create a “payments workflow”. From there you can set the trigger to be based on someone filling out one of your payment forms, and then trigger the internal emails to go out as you would for any other workflow. Hi @asiaferguson happy to help with getting a payment link workflow configured.
When you create a workflow, you’ll choose Contact Based:
Then you’ll set the criteria like this - Trigger = Form Submission:
Click Add Trigger below the form submission trigger in Group 1:
Choose URL path:
Then paste the paymint link URL:
From there, you can email the contact by adding a Communication step to Send Email (requires Marketing Hub Pro+).
You won’t be able to “cc” internal on the email, but you can send the same email using the Send Internal Email Notification option.
