It’s amazing to me that this idea has been on here for so long. It’s such a basic thing and it would come in handy in so many cases. It’s so useful I was going to try to figure out the custom code solution but I don’t have operations hub pro. It’s all these little issues that add up to make Hubspot frustrating to use.

There has to be a way to mass add and even pin a note to contact records. I know currently it’s not possible on the Contacts screen, and I know I can do it by exporting the list, adding a note column and then re-importing but that’s annoying. I see that we can now add a task off a workflow…hoping that functionality will soon be available to add a note and even have the option to Pin it at the top. Something like “Attended XYZ event” Any ETA on this given the high level of upvotes?
This would be super helpful for my team as well. Notifications get lost easily, and we try not to flood properties.

If you’re not using pinned notes what are you even doing in a CRM. We need this amazing HS product team!
I was just looking at Hubspot app integrations in Workflows and found two apps that allow for note automation but they cost or will cost after a certain amount of notes are created. It would be lovely if Hubspot provided us with this feature inside the system without using/paying a third party.

In response to the question “Does anyone have an alternative in the meantime?”, you can add tasks that aren’t assigned to anyone. That does pretty much the same job as a note, although psychologically it’s unsatisfying.
The ideas presented here are awesome and make a very strong case! However, they are not the reason I am upvoting this. When using forms, the message section goes to Membership Notes (a Hubspot Property). This property is difficult to find and see. I aim to use a Workflow to copy the message into the Notes section so it is easier to see by the owner/agent.
