Wix - Hubspot Tracking Code

We are using a Wix website with HubSpot forms embedded and cannot seem to get any type of tracking data out of Wix.

Has anyone got an up-to-date solution for this one? All the documentation I’ve been able to find has been out dated.

When you say you “cannot seem to get any type of tracking data out of Wix” what exactly does that mean?

Where are you looking for tracking date in HubSpot’s Traffic Acnalytics Tool?

Do you have the HubSpot Tracking Code installed on your website and is it working properly?

Do the form submissions appear in your HubSpot account?

Thanks Frank,

There’s no activity data populating on contact feed.

We get the form submissions as we’re using HubSpot forms but there’s no info about which page the form was submitted on.

We do have the code installed.

I had read in documentation from 2017 that Wix/HubSpot forms dont work because of the iframes - is there a known way around this that you know of?

If form submissions are arriving in HubSpot - there is no form submission issue…

Do people need to accept cookies when visiting your website? Are you 100% sure the tracking code is working? Installing the tracking code and making sure it is working are two different things. Have you tried visting your page in incognito mode and submit a form with some dummy data, and then visit a few pages - what happens then?

We are having the same issue. The form fills work, but it doesn’t seem like Wix allows for any tracking through Hubspot.
