Win Analysis Reporting

Hi All

Wondering if anyone has been able to create a win analysis reporting in HubSpot. I’m currently having to manually export all of our data and calculate a win rate on a number of different factors.

Essentially I want to know if it is possible to create a win % report by calculating on the Deal Amount using (Closed Won/ Closed Lost + Closed Dead + Closed Won)

I’ve seen a work around for looking at count of deals, but we also like to look at the Win % rate on the amount of deals closed won / closed lost.

Thanks in advance.

Lisa

Hi @LisaSheppard,

Have you considered simply visualizing (as a pie chart) for example, the Count of deals by Is Closed Won?

Best regards

We’re not looking at count of won - we’re looking at the sum of the deal amount in Euros and want to turn that into the win rate percentage - this is why we are struggling to find a report that does what we need.

@LisaSheppard in that case you would visualize the Amount by Is Closed won, and filter the report by Is closed (numeric) and visualize as a pie chart to see a % – unless I’m misunderstanding something?

@DSharma02 has a good solution for this using the funnel report! - https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Dashboards-Reporting/Win-Loss-rate-amp-Conversion-Reports/td-p/903948?profile.language=es

Absolutely, Lisa. If the other workarounds haven’t quite hit the mark, there’s another option worth considering.

With Coefficient’s certified 2-way sync between HubSpot and Google Sheets or Excel, you can automate this entire process:

  • Pull in your deal data, including custom fields like Deal Amount, Competitor, Region, etc.
  • Use our Win/Loss dashboard template
  • Calculate win rate by amount, not just deal count (if the template isn’t perfectly fit for you with have a Sheets Assistant that can help with your formulas and visualizations
  • Break down win % by rep, region, deal type—whatever matters to your team
  • Build charts in Sheets, and embed them live into your HubSpot dashboard if needed (I made this video on this recently)

Everything stays up to date automatically based on your refresh schedule, no more manual exports or workarounds.
