why does the media-bridge api still ask for a developer key

I tried a POST call to this endpoint:

https://api.hubapi.com/media-bridge/v1/XXXXXX/settings/object-definitions

The response is:

{

"status": "error",

"message": "This API can't be called using an OAuth access token. A valid developer API key must be provided in the \`hapikey\` query parameter, and a valid \`appId\` must be provided in the API request.",

"correlationId": "96abe3ce-bea6-4e69-b727-9c4c6bd9cce5",

"links": {

    "docs": "https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/developer-tools-overview#developer-api-keys"

},

"category": "INVALID\_AUTHENTICATION"

}

How can I do get a developer API key? It is no longer support, as far as I know. What can I do?

Hey, @PWalgis :waving_hand: To confirm, Developer API Keys are not being sunset. These are separate from a portal’s API key, which is being sunset.
Resource:

Quick steps to get there and find your Developer API key:

  • Navigate to your Developer portal (it will have a banner at the top that reads, “This is an app developer account. Learn about the different HubSpot account types…”)
  • Click the App tab
  • Click the HubSpot API Key button
