Why can’t I create a task? All fields filled in but create button greyed, no tool tip just the universal circle/slash icon indicating not available.
Not able to include a screenshot. I am using Hubspot CRM, free.

Are you seeing a tool tip when you hover your mouse over the create button? Were you able to create tasks before?
Are you a super admin? If not, could you confirm that you have task edit permissions? Manage user permissions

Hi Karsten. I am the only user in my free Hubspot account. I have not tried to set up tasks before. But I was just able to create a task related to a different contact. Perhaps the problem I am experiencing is somehow related to that specific contact. Confused, but thank you for your support!
