I am able to begin the Task creation process, but the “Create Task” button is greyed out. Do you have any idea how I can add follow-up tasks for myself or others for Deals?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you move your mouse over the ‘Create task’ button? Is there a notice / explanation?
