I had some Estimates I created, but now I do not see a menu item for Estimates. I do see Quotes, but the estimates I created seem to have disappered. Is there some way to retrive the estimates I previously created?
Ignore; I forgot that I put the estimates in Quickbooks, not Hubspot. Never mind
It sounds like you’re referring to the “Estimates” feature in QuickBooks, which may have been hidden or disabled in your current settings. QuickBooks occasionally updates its interface, and in some versions, “Estimates” might be grouped under the “Sales” section or renamed depending on the region or product version (like QuickBooks Online vs. Desktop). You can try enabling it again by going to Settings > Account and Settings > Sales and ensuring the Estimates feature is turned on. If you only see “Quotes,” it’s possible that your current QuickBooks setup or region is using “Quotes” in place of “Estimates.” Also, check the “All Sales” tab under Sales to see if your older estimates show up there—they may still be accessible, just labeled differently.
If you’re using HubSpot and want to bring these records into your CRM, Cloudify can help integrate HubSpot with QuickBooks , which will convert deals into QuickBooks Online invoices & estimates.
Were you able to import your estimates from Quickbooks? I can’t get the chat help team to answer this directly for me.
