Looking for suggestions on which tools and products to use. The company is growing rapidly, and we plan to introduce a CRM system as we still rely on manual customer management. Phone calls and email information are stored in a spreadsheet. We have around seven salespeople, three customer service, and one marketing coordinator. We use some digital platforms, like Google Ads and Facebook for advertising and Mailchimp for email marketing.
