I am a small business owner that currently takes care of sales and marketing all by myself. We have had a lot of growth over the past 4 years with our efforts of growing our digital presence. As we grow I am finding that a team of 1 is quickly becoming more and more unmanagable.
I am looking for advice for setting up a sales/marketing team with Hubspot to help me manage this. I would be starting off with hiring a part time individual to work with me, but I would like to get the system up an running before I do so. I am currently on free but plan to move to the CRM Suite Starter Package.
How have you set up Hubspot to become an effcient way to manage sales and marketing teams as well as keep track of marketing campaigns and sales goals.

It’s really exciting to be seeing such growth and thinking out getting your new processes in place.
I would recommend the following next steps:
1) 100% purchase starter (the growth suite is a great deal).
2) Workshop your sales process. Before you start customising your HubSpot, you should have an idea how your CRM should work. I would start off with watch HubSpot Acadmey courses on making your sales cycle and basic CRM set-up.

3) Once you have your team in place, I would recommend that you make each member follow the same process in HubSpot and then run feedback sessions with the team to discover what is working and what is not working.
