What is this Orders object?

Hey Folks,

I see this ORDERS object on the right panel but don’t see any documentation on how to use this. Anybody have any suggesstion?

Thanks for your patience while I looked into this!

Carts and orders are objects that are in development by our team, and a change on the side of development deployed these objects and made them live in customer portals. This change has been reverted and you should no longer see these objects (for now) on contact, company, and deal records.

Hey! Is there a beta of the orders object? I would love to include it in our hubspot as an ecommerce and in person retailer. Thanks!

Hi! The Orders and Carts sections appear to be live now, however the association boxes on the actual contact profiles as noted above do not seem to be in place. Do we have an ETA on this? Trying to help a client decide on a move to HubSpot based on the Shopify integration and not having the contacts tie back to their orders seems like a big miss. Orders and Carts also don’t apear in any reporting, list pulling, etc. options so I don’t really understand their use at this point.

I came across this thread when I got a customer inquiry on a support ticket, so I wanted to share what I found even though I know this was asked quite awhile ago! That looks to be related to our Orders API to manage data related to ecommerce purchases in HubSpot for data synced from Shopify or Netsuite: Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot
You may need to work with a developer on that setup and if you need to find one, you can do so here: HubSpot Marketplace
