We host weekly Zoom webinars and are looking at switching to HubSpot forms to capture registration. This gives us the ability to capture more info on the registrant.
Are we best off creating a new form for each webinar or creating 3 forms and rotating the usage? For example:
Week 1 Form 1
Week 2 Form 2
Week 3 Form 3
Week 4 Form 1
Week 5 Form 2
…
We typically have 3 webinars listed on our site at a time each for a different week. I’m leaning towards three forms to reduce bloat and I figure you can filter based on submission date.
I would recommend one for. To make that work, I’d recommend creating a dropdown property that has dropdown values for each Zoom webinar date.
Once you have created this date property, you can either display it in the form, for the contact to choose which week they’d like to join.
Or you make it a hidden field, and change the default value each week.
Both help you in your list building, automation, reporting to see which week a contact registered for.
You can also use that date property for your Zoom workflow, adding contacts to Zoom webinar 1 if they chose date 1, to webinar 2 if they chose date 2 etc.
Thanks. I’d like to send an automated email for webinar registrations. How can I do that? Currently, I have a generic webinar joining instructions email triggered on form submission. However, I’d like to send a different email for every webinar.
