I have a task that gets created from an external source. That task has a condition that it is due two days prior to the given due date from the external source. (If a call is scheduled on the 4th, the task is due the 2nd). I see those tasks when the -2 condition falls on a weekday but I do not see them for dates that fall on weekends. How do I see the weekend task assignments?
Here are a few ways you can check out weekend events on HubSpot:
1. Check the “Show Weekends” option in your calendar view. This shows Saturday and Sunday on your calendar so you can see what you need to do on those days.
2. Use the “Upcoming” task view. This will allow you to see all the urgent things you need to do, regardless of the day of the week.
3. Set up automation or reminders for weekend tasks. You can create a task schedule that sends an email or notification when the task is done over the weekend.
4. Use the work report to find the due dates for the weekend. The job report may list tasks that need to be done on Saturday or Sunday.
5. Change the work due date logic to set weekend tasks due on Friday. -Do projects on the weekend instead of 2 days or 3 days in advance (so Friday instead of Saturday/Sunday).
The key is to make sure the weekend dates show up in your ideas and reports. Calendars, upcoming projects, and notifications will determine what weekend date you should be doing as long as you plan it to appear on Saturday and Sunday.
Let me know if any doubts arise.

The calendar view you mention does not seem to be availalbe to me in Hubspot. When I go to Settings>Account Defaults> on the General tab I see Time Zone and Fiscal year. In Settings>General in the Calendar tab the calendar is looking at my Google calendar, so I assumed that is what you meant and adjusted my Google calendar. I’ve set a couple tasks for this weekend as a test, hopefully Monday I will see them.
