I had the Hubspot tracker addted to my website pages, and I’m getting pop up notifications every single time someone opens a page. I’d rather have no notifications than all, but ideally would be nice to only get notified in certain occasions.
Hi @HLaros,
You can customize your notification settings by following these steps: Set up lead revisit notifications
Best regards!
Thank you. However I don’t see a way to turn this off, you can only toggle between different types of contacts or if you want pop ups or emails (I can’t even imagine). This is set up assuming we want to know when contacts visit the site. Our site is a b2c and i no one is really a contact. If a new user pops onto the site that’s awesome, but I don’t want to know every page every visitor landed on. That will be nonstop notifications. I’ve shut off a bunch of things in my attempt to make it stop (even shutting off ALL notification alerts) and now I’m not getting Contact Us emails or Live Chats, but I’m still getting the one thing I’m trying to stop. Thank you!!!
I can see what is happening. Users on our team are being automatically assigned to me as my contacts (another issue). So even though I have it set to “only my contacts” these people (including myself) are assigned as my contacts. I don’t know how they get auto assigned. Oddly a few other other emails from my personal email (that I have shut off) are making their way into the contacts. Just a lot to learn.
