I connected my new HubSpot website landing page to a new domain that I paid for on GoDaddy.
It all finally went through okay and on the HubSpot editor etc it says my site is on my domain with a URL etc. However when I try it will not load the site, error message says: this page is unanavilable if you think this is an error contact the website owner?
@UrbanGrrl there are a couple of reasons this could be happening, can you open the page editor for the home page and copy the URL directly? Does it match your root domain? or does it contain any language slugs (like /en-us) or content slugs (like /home).
A screenshot of your Domains & URLs > Language settings would also be helpful.
Hi Jnix284
I checked the language slog and set it back to no language. There is no
content slug either.
The preview site displays ok: https://inctrl.me/?hs_preview=EsyocUoQ-117603977165
It looks like it’s something to do with the template it is pointing to. I
have set up content/pages using a template before I signed up the domain.
So it seems the domain is registered and connected okay.
Attached are some screenshots if that helps….
Any ideas are welcome and appreciated

@UrbanGrrl if you changed the language settings after you connected the DNS and published the page, you’ll need to trigger a reset on the server by either reconnecting the DNS or unpublishing and then republishing the page.
It’s best practice to configure your language settings first once you connect the DNS, prior to publishing any pages.
This should do the trick, if it doesn’t work let me know and we can jump on a zoom to figure it out together.
Awesome, thanks so much . I disconnected the domain and unpublished it. I
had to tweak a few things with pages and templates etc but seems to be
working now.
