Website Down after DNS Record Change

During configuring Primary and Secondary Domains, I have lost my website, and a temporary slug is pointing to an unknown status redirect. Can anyone help release my website from it or is it completely gone?

Wasim, your website is unlikely to be completely gone. It just can’t be accessed right now, due to the DNS issues.
Are you moving your site from another platform to Hubspot? If so, where was it hosted before? What instructions were you following to configure primary and secondary domains?

Melinda, I used the GoDaddy platform to change the DNS settings according to the instructions, while WordPress served as the CMS. I was in the process of importing my website by modifying the Primary and Secondary Domains. However, shortly after making these changes and initiating the import of the website’s pages and content, an error occurred related to the robots.txt file. I removed that error immediately, but by the time I returned a couple of minutes later, the system began displaying errors again.

The Jetpack plugin then alerted me that the website was down, and upon checking, I found that the website could not load. In a desperate move, I reverted the DNS settings to their original configuration before I started the import process; however, the website still failed to function properly.

Now, in the HubSpot CMS, there is a temporary slug (which holds my website credentials) that I cannot delete. I attempted to retrieve my website using another domain, but the temporary slug labeling my domain as “domainname-hubspot-account-12334” remains in place, even with an SSL certificate. Irony: GoDaddy, WordPress asks to handle the issue first Hubspot and get hubspotbuilder slug first.

Are you still having issues? If so, can you share screenshots of the errors/configuration (with sensitive information redacted) and describe what “still failed to function properly” means?
