Hi. My client uses Hubpsot for their website. We have a new Wordpress website designed and ready to be launch. Our domain is a GoDaddy domain. I have changed followed all documentation (updating nameservers so that Wordpress is handling the DNS), and the website is still not accessible.
What could I be missing?

Since you’ve updated the DNS to WP, it’s likely you’ve already done this, but just in case - did you remove the domain from the HubSpot account already? It’s not possible to have the domain added to both locations.
If you’ve removed the domain from HubSpot and configured everything in WP and it still isn’t showing, I would carefully review any redirects you had in HS and compare with those in WP - for example, HTTP vs HTTPS, and if you still can’t access the site (via any variation, HTTP vs HTTPs, with and without www.) then I would contact WP support to isolate the issue with the DNS configuration.
Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your help! I am all set. There was a name mismatch w/ our SSL certificate but it’s been resolved. Appreciate the quick response as usual! POWER was such a great theme and it’s bittersweet to leave it (and its excellent support team) for Wordpress!
Hi Carly, I’m glad you were able to resolve the issue with the SSL and get the site moved over to WP - although, I’m sorry to hear the HubSpot website didn’t work out, I know you put a lot of time into making it look amazing!
