We want to integrate just the website activity of a contact from Hubspot to Salesforce contact, common denominator would be email address.

I’d like to highlight our knowledge base article on how to sync activities and tasks between HubSpot and Salesforce. You should be able to specify which of the activities you’re syncing!

Great catch, and apologies for my oversight!
I just came across this Community thread, which confirms what you mention. But you’ll see there are a couple of workarounds provided in the Accepted Soluton. They include:
-Map and sync HubSpot’s roll up fields, including Time of Last Session, Last Page Seen and Recent Conversion, to Salesforce
-Using Salesforce’s Process Builder to create a task on the contact record every time one of those properties is updated
