I would like to trigger Workflows with webhooks. An example use-case for this is when a text is received in Twilio, use that webhook trigger to add a note to the contact that with the text message.
Hey @CMcKay !
With A8 Labs new app, Zaybra, you can trigger workflows based on events such as transactions, subscriptions, refunds and more!
Zaybra allows you to manage Stripe Customers directly within HubSpot and brings over events like the ones above and adds them as Timeline Events to the HubSpot Contact.
Here is a picture of what the Timeline Events look like within HubSpot:
Zaybra has loads of other features like allowing you to create reports based on Stripe Subscriptions directly in HubSpot. You can learn more here!
Hope this helps!

The easiest solution is to use any iPaaS system like Make.com (formerly Integromat) or Zapier.
They have connections of both Twilio as well as HubSpot. So you can update any property in HubSpot whenever any action (in your case new text received) in Twilio happens.
Please connect if you need any help in achieving this.

Hey @yesh_naik,
Thanks for the suggestion. Currently I use Integromat and Zapier a little too much and so I’m trying to phase them out and move entirely to HubSpot workflows. But this is pretty much impossible without webhook triggers. Really appreciate your time.

I came here because our customers use Power Automate or Zapier to accept webhook events and create workflows in these tools to change properties that trigger workflows in Hubspot - a very kludgy two-workflows-in-two-apps solution. I was hoping Hubspot would just be able to trigger a workflow on a webhook, so we could eliminate the need for Zapier or Power Automate - but alas not.
I support this feature so we can also remove Zapier/Automate from our customer’s toolsets and simplify the process.
+1 on behalf of a customer!
It appears that this has been delivered (Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise only): Set your workflow enrollment triggers
Although the automation requires the object to be enrolled, so creating a new object with a webhook trigger is not possible (yet).
