Webhook notification batch: grouped by portalId?

Are all the notifications in a webhook call all from the same account, or can I have notifications with different portalId in the same call ?

In the example in the doc: Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot both notifications have the same portalId, but nothing says if it is always the case or not.

For future reference:

We did some testing and apparently notifications are not grouped per portalId: a webhook call can have different portalId. The example in the doc happens to have only notifications from the same portal, but that is just an example and not a rule.
