Webhook for Task object

Hey there, While setup webhook, I noticed that subscriptionType for task webhook is object.PropertyChanged instead of task.PropertyChanged. Check below screenshot.

So, the question is that in Generic webhook, how can I identify that the record changes are from particular object? Let’s I create generic webhook where I want to get details regarding Task creation and deletion and property chnages, how can I identify that subscriptionType is Task and not other object such as Company or Contact?

You can use the “objectTypeId” to identify what type of object it is. The full ist can be found here. Or below:

  • Contacts: 0-1
  • Companies: 0-2

  • Custom objects: to find the ID value for your custom object, make a GET request to /crm/v3/schemas. The value will look similar to 2-3453932.
