is it possibile to create webhook subscriptions in the app (propertyChange) for custom objects?

Hello, that’s not currently possible. If you have access to the portal, you could fire a webhook action from a custom object based workflow instead, where a “property is known” workflow trigger would mimick the propertyChange trigger. Payload will be different though.
