Webhook events working only intermittently

We have a Hubspot App configured with webhooks active for Contact events. It has been previously tested and was working properly. During the last few days, we’re only getting some Contact events, not all. There have been several `contact.propertyChange` occurrences that did not generate events. All events that show up in the `Monitoring` tab of our app have status 200, and were received on our side, but we’re at a loss as to what happened to the other ones.

Also, most of the events that actually got generated had high delays of up to 20 minutes between the action in Hubspot and their creation. Are such delays expected?

Hi @dev_deeploop , we had a few intermittent issues with our Webhooks API over the past couple days, so I imagine this was the issue. There was a problem with a large number of requests suddenly backing up our systems.

That has since been rectified. Can you confirm that you’re no longer seeing these issues?
