I am using a private application to manage webhooks, but some of them are being sent instantly and others have delay, I would like to know how long is the average of those delays to have a better management in my integration.

HubSpot webhooks are designed for real-time event delivery, but delivery latency can vary. If a delivery attempt fails, HubSpot may retry it according to the webhook retry policy, so delayed retry deliveries should be distinguished from normal webhook delivery latency.
To manage these delays, it’s recommended to monitor webhook delivery attempts and identify recurring delays through the “Monitoring” dashboard within your HubSpot app.
Moreover, consider implementing retry logic in your application with an appropriate backoff mechanism. If you need more resilient event consumption, replay, or recovery from missed events, consider HubSpot’s Webhooks Journal API; for standard push-based real-time notifications, continue using HubSpot webhooks.
By understanding and addressing these potential delays, you can optimize your webhook integration with HubSpot.
