Web Design

Hi, Im just one user with Hubspot and getting someone to make me a website on Hubspot.

How do I give them access without buying another core seat ?

Thanks,

@hteplowe11 currently the only option to do this for free is if the person you are working with is a HubSpot Solutions Provider or Partner, this would give them access to a partner seat. Otherwise, you’d have to have a paid seat available for them to use during the build.

All that to say, a website theme can be built in a developer account or sandbox and transfered. Once the code is in your account, the website pages can be built with a drag-and-drop editor. Please note that website pages themselves can’t be transfered, but templates can - so if the developer creates your pages as templates, you could easily set them up once the theme is transfered.

Hi , I paid annually for my plan. Is it possible to add a seat for a month
not annually? Then they can design and it’s done

@hteplowe11 I’m not sure if that’s possible, the best way to confirm would be to talk with your customer success rep. From your account, click your profile picture in the upper right, then Account & Billing, and you should be able to see the HubSpot contact(s) for your account to reach out to them directly.

You can add them as a free user with limited permissions—no need to buy another core seat. Just go to Settings > Users & Teams and adjust their access to what they need (like CMS only)

Hi @Dna67, thanks for your reply!
Have you tested it yourself @Dna67? From what I can see here “Manage seats”, it seems that a Core Seat will be needed.
Also, for information, here is the “Product and services catalog”.
The best next step @hteplowe11, would be to connect with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Have a great day!
