Hi Hubspot, I’ve submitted my Exercises for the HubSpot Marketing Software certification, but it’s been a few days now and I have not seen their status change. I’m concerned I may have done something wrong here? Want to verify that my submissions are being reviewed. Thanks!

Done; I also recognize I have two account split up, so perhaps it is looking in the wrong place? Either way I’ve now completed the exercise in both accounts.
Any update here? I have done everything possible in the certification and things are still waiting.
Hello @JSweeney3 , when I take a look at the back end it shows all the exercises as failed. Do you mind restarting them all or send me a screenshot of all the exercises you have done?

Yes I am also seeing that, and that’s exactly the problem that I’ve been having this entire time. I completed the courses and marked as completed, they have sat there for a week, and then are changed to failed. I know for a fact I have fully completed the exercises in each and every one of these. Here’s the list of the exercises having this problem:

Hi, is there any update here? I now see they’re all marked as
“So Close”
But I did complete all the exercises successfully
I am experiencing the same issue. I completed the quizzes days ago and have already passed the exam. Yet i’m still being prompted to take the exercises.
Did this get solved for you? 2 weeks later I am still stuck
