Good Morning,

My company is transitioning from one CRM to Hubspot. So far I like everythign I have encountered except for one feature that you don’t offer or have currently. I would like to submit and idea for voicemail dropping. The CRM we are coming from allowed for us to record voicemails and then when we reach a voicemail system when it says please leave message after the beep we could click on the pre recorded voicemail. It would leave that voicemail then disconnect after we clicked that voicemail. Is there a possibility to create and make this a feature for Hubspot?

Great Idea! It will make call tasks so much quicker.

1+ this idea! We have an outreach team and they are constantly leaving the same voicemail messages. It would be great to automate this process.

This is essential for efficiency. It’s a basic feature in Outreach.io.
Do HubSpot’s sellers like leaving the same message 50 times a day? Probably not.

Need this. Losing 30 seconds on each call is rough for both time management and on my poor vocal chords. Seems like this would be even more of a priority now that the prospecting workspace capability is active.

Literally just use apollo.io wayyyyyy better than hubspot, can literally sedn linked in messages automatically, have email sequneces and hacve voicemail derops. litertally hubspot is a watse of time i only use it bercause it free but apollo has literally evryhigbn you need but its not a crm, i’d say sop i use hubspot for my reps and apollo for myslef tyo speak with CEOS

This feature would make calling a breeze. Our old CRM had this feature and it saved a lot of time. I guess probably 30 minutes+ a day for some of my colleagues. Hubspot get on this!!

Use case is to have an automated message (or multiple) that you can choose from to save time on leaving messages with clients. Maybe you have one for message 1 in a sequence, then message 2, etc. Happy to discuss further if there are any questions.

Second this would be a game changer. Having a voicemail that says “no need to call back i’m about to hit send on an email… drastically increasing your email open rates.”

Yes, a HUGE feature we are missing that Salesloft provided. Please add this feature soon!

This is a very useful tool on other CRM’s it seems outdated to not have this ability here.

Love this idea! Currently looking for an integration that would allow this, but would be even better if HubSpot could offer it without the need for a new vendor!
