It is very strange that on views Super Admins can share their views but any other user can only share their views to their own team. In addition to this, Super Admins cannot control the sharing of these views, but they can delete views.
Agree - odd. If a Sys Admin cannot alter sharing - at least make the Deafault on view creation set to Private first and not everyone. The user can then choose to Share wider.
