I am looking to do view with one country only for example uk
how do i do that?

On the contact or company index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts / Companies) you can click Advanced filters:
A sidebar will pop open wheren you can search for Country/Region and specify ‘United Kingdom’. After doing so, you can click Save view in the top right to easily access it again. It will become a tab.
