I’m trying to filter my deals view by country but since country is a company property, i’m unable to do that.

Object index pages (e.g. the deal index page) can only be filtered by properties of that object. Deal index pages can only be filtered by deal properties. Company index pages can only be filtered by company properties. There aren’t any workarounds to this on those pages themselves.
If you have a Professional subscription, you can create custom cross-object reports across deals and companies and apply filters for both objects under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder. If you do have access to this report builder and need help, I’ll happily elaborate.
If you don’t, then unfortunately this is not possible.

Thank you for your reply and suggested solution.
I have mamaged to simply create a workflow to copy the company property (country in this case) to a custom property on the deal object which then allowed me to filter my deal views based on it.
