Using custom label for email send in workflow

Hi,
I’ve created a dealbased workflow that automatically send out an email to the main onboarding contact which is set as the primary contact of a closed deal.
Now i’ve created a new custom label to make it more clear and to not use the Primary Contact label.
However since i last created this workflow there must have been a change as i can no longer choose to send email to associated contacts based on label. Im looking for an alternative way to do this.
As seen in the picture below. The goal is to just send to one contact marked with Onboarding Email Contact.

Help is much appreciated.

Hi @DMagnusson,

Is this a live workflow? Have you tried creating the workflow action from scratch and choosing Onboarding Email Contact for this newly created action?

Best regards

Hi,
Yes this workflow is live. I cloned the workflow to play around with an off one and there i tried to create a new action with the same result.

@DMagnusson is the screenshot you shared what you see when you create the action from scratch?

It looks like that followed by this one:

@DMagnusson what happens when you click the X on “All associated contacts X”?

Then all associated contacts is the only option available.
So in the live one:

If i press to remove Primary Contact i cannot add that option again.

@DMagnusson in the last screenshot, is there a tool tip you’re seeing when you hover your mouse over “Onboarding Email Contact”?

Yes, “Custom labels aren’t available for this association”. Which is the same for Primary contact which are not a custom one.
I believe there must’ve been a change as this option was available before. Or is this an error?

@DMagnusson could you please check if the tool tip is the same when “All associated contacts” is unchecked?

If yes, I’d simply log a support ticket directly in-app via chat or email.

Yes it is the same. I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket. Thank you.

Hi again!
This issue has now been resolved by Hubspot. The association labels are now working correctly. No changes done on our end.
