Is there a chance to add contact with a custom association label to the body of the email like above?

Hi @jrtbv,

Could you elaborate on your request? In your screenshot, the ON NPS email would be sent to contacts with the primary contact label.

Do you want to set up a custom association label? If so, you can find instructions here: Create and use association labels

Or do you want to pull in personalization tokens from a contact in the internal email notification from your first screenshot? In that case, you would have to click ‘Edit available data’ as shown in the screenshot below:

I added a custom association label called “Primary contact,” and what I want is for the body of the email display who is it, same as BOOKED ARR, COMPANY NAME etc.
