I’m having a problem when I try to go to the “User & Teams” section in my developer account (143474802).
There was a problem loading this page.
Something has gone wrong. Please refresh the page or try again.
I’ve already tried going into incognito mode, or using another browser, and clearing the cache and cookies, but with no effect.
Do you have any ideas?

You can reach them from the help button at the right sidebar of your HubSpot account
If it’s not visible on your account on the top click the help button and raise your issue if the feature is under plan they will help you out : )

I’m having the same problem and I cound’t find this help button. I initiated a chat via the (?) icon on navbar but end up talking to sales.
Is there a direct link?
