User personal email

Hi.

I have two users connected to our account with the same access. Unfortunately, one of them is not able to connect to the personal email address. All set up seems to be ok. How can we do it so she can send emails to the contacts from her address? Thanks a lot. Katarina.

Could you specify what exactly isn’t working? Which of these steps is she getting stuck at? Connect your personal email

The problem is that it shows she doesn’t have access, but I gave her all the necessary access; she even has more rights than the person that doesn’t have a problem to connect the personal email.

Can you please share a screenshot of this permission toggled for your user?
