Use two factor authentication (2FA) with connected apps (Odoo)

Hello,

We have connected Odoo and Hubspot for a client using the connector available in APP market.

This has worked fine with the exception that we cannot activate 2FA in Odoo as that seems to revoke the permissions and stop the sync to Hubspot.

Does anyone know how to use the Odoo connector and still be able to use 2FA in Odoo?

Hi, @ErikEmanuelsson :waving_hand: This one likely needs to go to Odoo support. My goal isn’t to play pass the buck here. And 3rd party apps and integrations are responsible for troubleshooting their products.

When I searched the support document I linked to above, I didn’t see anything about 2FA. This is also why I’m inclined to get their view on how this is or isn’t supported when integration with HubSpot.

You can also try to use HubSpot support. And they will likely want to know what Odoo said first to help narrow down where the disconnect is happening.
