I tried to send my certification to Upwork, but it seems didn’t arrive,
How to ensure that has been sent to my active account?
Because I have 2 accounts on Upwork, the 1 I don’t use its login email is the same email I use with HubSpot!
Is it a problem?

It looks like only select certifications can be uploaded on Upwork, the Content Marketing Certification is not among them:
HubSpot Agency Partner Certification
HubSpot Contextual Marketing Certification
HubSpot Design Certification
HubSpot Inbound Certification
HubSpot Inbound Certification (2017 Version)
HubSpot Marketing Software Certification

When you open these certifications in HubSpot, you’ll see an option where you can notify Upwork about adding the certification to your profile.
