Unable top add my Inbound Marketing certification to Upwork

Hi there,
I have recently got the new Inbound marketing certification and want to add it with my Upwork account.
But there is no option to add it or send the certificate to Upwork from Hubspot.
At present, I need support to confirm my certification to Upwork by an email from Hubspot.

Thank you for reaching out! The certifications that can currently be added to Upwork are:

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • HubSpot Contextual Marketing Certification
  • HubSpot Agency Partner Certification
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification

Hello Cristina, inbound marketing certificate has no option to add it on upwork regardless of it being supported to be added.

Yes! Those certifications require a paid account because the exercises will ask you to use tools and features currently only available in paid subscriptions!

Also I have taken HubSpot Inbound Certification and uploaded to my upwork profile they want hubspot to send them an email to confirm this certication has been compelted.

Same issue with Inbound Marketing Certification. There should be a button allowing to add the cert to Upwork, but it’s not present for me.

There is no option on the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification page to notify Upwork. Please resolve this issue.

Here is the response I received from Upwork: “I’m writing to inform you that we couldn’t verify your certification. This is because HubSpot Academy has not sent us an email confirming your certification. This request will notify HubSpot again to confirm your certification.”
