Hello! I am new to Hubsport and this community! Looking for help to solve an import issue I want to change. I imported customer records and created custom segments ( Primary and Seconday ). I now recoginize these are not needed and what records to be assigned property group with three roles - Bands, Fans and Partners.
How should I go about changing each record type to the new roles?

In that case, you would first create your property: Create and edit properties
You can then either bulk edit your existing records to receive a value in the new property… Bulk edit records
… or you populate that information and re-do your import, mapping the new column in your file to the new property. Make sure that your import file either contains the HubSpot record ID or the contact email address (for contact imports) or company domain name (for company imports). HubSpot will deduplicate based on these identifiers and update the records: Deduplicate records in HubSpot
