We’re a SaaS business and we are trying to implement a Customer Object “Subscriptions” to track existing customers inside Hubspot. I would like to be able to keep these updated with information straight from our billing system to update the quantity sold and the MRR associated at all times.
We were doing this via a deals pipeline with Zapier feeding the info in but unless I’m mistaken Zapier can’t update a Custom Object?
Then I thought I’d get Zapier to update some properties on the lead contact and then copy those across to the CO but that doesn’t seem possible either.
Has anyone done anything similar? Custom Objects seem a bit half-baked if you can’t automate them the same as any other object.
