I have several recurring customer subscriptions for which I’d like to update the “next billing date” in bulk, but I haven’t found an option to do this. Has anyone had success with bulk updates for this property or any other subscription property?

I checked for you and I can see in this article “HubSpot’s payments and subscriptions properties” that it is indicated that “HubSpot-defined objects that are built on the same object framework as the standard CRM objects. But, these properties can’t be managed or edited in your property settings.”.
Also, I have found this similar thread “Set Billing Date for Recurring Payments/Subscriptions” where the solution from @danmoyle to post an idea, might be of interest.
