I want pushing apollo contacts to hubspot crm but I got error

the error is Partial Success Succesfully pushed 1 Contacts to HubSpot. Encountered errors with pushing Contact. Unrecognized error: account_upsert_failed. Facing this problem since last week. so please give solution.

1. Check Data Integrity:

  • Invalid Data: Ensure that the data being synced from Apollo to HubSpot, particularly account-related data, meets HubSpot’s requirements. Invalid data, such as improperly formatted email addresses or phone numbers, can cause an upsert to fail.
  • Duplicates: Check if there are duplicates or conflicts in the data that could be causing issues during the upsert process.

2. Field Mapping Issues:

  • Account Mapping: Double-check that the account fields in Apollo are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in HubSpot. A mismatch in required fields could cause an upsert failure.
  • Required Fields: Make sure all required fields in HubSpot are being populated during the upsert process. Missing required fields will prevent the account from being successfully updated or created.

Most likely, when mapping fields between Apollo and HubSpot, you mapped an Apollo field, against a HubSpot field which is a dropdown. In my case it was Industry, on Companies. Be mindful that you need to review BOTH Account and Contact fields. To stay out of trouble, i recommend mapping only against Single Text and Numeric fields from HubSpot.
