Unique code for referral program

Our goal is to have a referral program where companies have a unique code or QR that is tagged to the referral partner when a new deal enters our pipeline.

Current thoughts:

  • We need a form where the individual company will be tagged to give them their kickback
  • We do not want to create 10,482 forms as this program scales

Is there a way to have unique contact info on the backend and then it generate a new URL per referral partner?

We would like to do this for events for as we are currently creating multiple forms for each trade show we attend and want it streamlined to one form.
